Key Metrics
AI Assistant Opens
Number of times the assistant was opened, including during testing.
Messages Received
Total number of messages sent to the assistant by users.
Unique User Interactions
Number of individual users who interacted with the assistant (sent at least one message).
Products Added to Cart
Tracks how many times users added products to their cart via the assistant.
(Available only if Shopify integration is enabled.)
Initiated Checkouts
Shows how many checkout processes were started through the AI assistant.
(Note: This does not equal completed purchases. Requires Shopify integration.)
Revenue Generated Displays the total revenue attributed to purchases initiated through Totebot conversations. (Available only with Shopify integration.)

Sentiment Analysis
AI-powered analysis of the emotional tone behind user messages, showing how confident the AI assistant was in its responses.
Intent Analysis
AI detects the core purpose behind each message—e.g., product inquiry, pricing, support. You’ll also see how confident the AI was in identifying the intent.
Top 10 Product Insights
A list of the ten most frequently mentioned products in conversations, with sentiment and context. You can dive into each one to explore the full conversation and better understand customer interest or confusion.
Questions Analysis
The Analytics module now includes questions analysis with batch processing, helping you understand common customer queries and identify knowledge gaps in your AI assistant’s training data.
